Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At GiftHamperPhilippines, your satisfaction is our top priority. We handle every order with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, our team is ready to step in and make it right, quickly and fairly.

 Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our refund policy works based on your cancellation notice:

 Full Refund
Cancel at least 5 days before your scheduled delivery date and receive a full refund, less a service charge of US$15 or 10% of your total payment—whichever is higher.

  • 50% Refund
    Cancel 3 days before the delivery date to receive 50% of the total amount paid.

  •  No Refund
    Cancellations made less than 3 days before the delivery date are not eligible for a refund due to the time-sensitive nature of our products and preparations already underway.

Return & Replacement Policy

If you're not satisfied with your order for a valid reason, we offer replacements, but please note, we do not offer refunds for delivered items.

 Eligible for Replacement if:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item was damaged in transit

To request a replacement:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Return the item in its original condition within 3 working days.

Please note: Items cannot be exchanged for different products.
